How do I refund a customers transaction?
Login to your gateway account at https://app.2agateway.com.
- Go to Reporting > Transactions.
- Select a date range that includes the order date you want to cancel.
- Find the transaction and click on < i > icon for more info.
- At the top left corner, you'll see a refund button.
